1) What sports are your favourite ones? Describe which one you practise (or mb practised before, or want to practise).

I do yoga to relieve stress. Just kidding, I drink wine(c).

I like this quotation very much because it's really reflects my life, except the thing that I prefer champagne or lambrusco. It was a joke, now about more serious things. 

When I quitted ballroom dancing I thought that since that time I will never do any sport, but, happily, that hasn't happened. At the ten's form I decided to start do sport because I felt that my muscles start turn into fat and I couldn't run so fast as I could two years before. We were choosing a kind of sport quite a long time, but finally decided that yoga is the best sport for us because it helps to keep fit and to become calmer and more patient. It's really gives load on the muscles and help to forget about all problems for some time. 

Except yoga I like jogging at spring, but mostly when I'm going to do jogging it finished with walking because I have a weak willpower and walking and talking for me is more interesting than jogging. Also, this winter I went to the swimming pool and I liked it very much, but it's not very pleasant activity for me because when I just imagine how many infections there are this activity become very unpleasant for me.

  1. I had problems with my willpower in this field just the same - I thought about starting to practice running for about 4 yeats, I've started and instantly finished it about five or six times, and finally I can not run normally at all.
    Swimming pool is not so awful from the point of view of infections as you seem to think - they disinfect it every day with special substances, and swimming also is very beneficial for your health, as I believe.
